• Step 1: Skin resurfacing. We begin with skin resurfacing, also known as a laser peel. This powerful anti-aging technique targets fine lines, wrinkles, sun spots, skin discoloration, uneven skin texture and old acne scars. Skin resurfacing has been around for a while, but laser technology has advanced tremendously in the last decade, so patients see substantial improvement after each of the two or three recommended treatments.

• Step 2: Injectable dermal fillers or sculptra aesthetic. After skin resurfacing has worked its magic on fine lines, we use injectable dermal fillers like Radiesse™ and Juvederm™ to add volume to specific areas of the face. These multi-purpose fillers deliver newfound fullness to the nasal labial folds (the lines running from your nose to your mouth), lips, cheeks, jowls (marionette lines) and other areas. Or our newest technique: Sculptra Aesthetic. Not an overnight miracle. Not a quick-fix. The first facial injectable gives you subtle results over time by replacing lost collagen. A full treatment of Sculptra Aesthetic is an average of three injection sessions over a few months and can last up to two years.

• Step 3: Botox. Neurotoxins like Botox (and the relatively new Dysport™) have been the gold standard in reversing signs of aging for so long because they work. That’s why the last step in the liquid face lift includes using Botox to relax frown lines, crows’ feet, bunny lines and lip lines. Both Botox and injectable dermal fillers are used  in a liquid face lift because they help each other work more effectively. Without Botox, the dermal fillers used to plump expression lines can break down more quickly because surrounding muscles are called into service more frequently. But with Botox as the final step, you get fewer muscle contractions and a longer-lasting liquid face lift.

What are the immediate results?
